RWAP is expanding fast and we''re looking for our full-time Sales Representative to help us grow our contractor network across NSW.We manufacture and supply: Steel fabrication Mesh & reo Structural steel components Storage cages & custom metal products Site steel for builders and civil contractorsABOUT THE ROLEWe need a driven person who can:-Contact builders, concreters, civil contractors, steel installers-Visit construction sites-Build strong relationships-Provide quotes quickly, Invoicing-Follow up daily-Bring in continuous ordersThis is an office, on-the-road + phone/email sales role, perfect for someone who knows construction or steel or who is confident talking to tradies and site supervisors.RESPONSIBILITIES-Daily outbound calls to builders, civil contractors & concreters-Visiting active construction sites-Preparing and sending quotes-Following up open quotes-Setting up trade accounts-Managing customer relationships-Collecting project information-Reporting weekly resultsWE OFFER-Base salary + strong commission structure-Full training on our steel/mesh products-Company phone + fuel allowance-Clear progression path as RWAP scales-Supportive team and fast-paced environmentWHAT YOU NEED-Confidence calling and visiting contractors-Good communication skills-Basic understanding of construction (preferred)-Must be organised and reliable-Career-driven and ready to grow with usJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $83,200.00 $104,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
