You''ll deliver tailored support, build strong relationships, and help clients and families navigate challenges with confidence and care. Deliver psychosocial assessments and create therapeutic plans Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Youth Cancer team Support the consumer group to strengthen engagement and representation Provide care across inpatient, outpatient and outreach settingsAbout YouYou are a compassionate and skilled social worker passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults with cancer and their families.
