We work on Quality improvement to ensure that we are providing our patients and their families with ongoing fantastic care and positive outcomes as we aim for a fast discharge.The opportunities within the ward, are across a seven day rotating roster across all shifts, including Night DutyAbout our Monash Children''s Ward DandenongDandenong Children''s Ward is an 8 bedded unit that supports the care of patients from birth to 19 years care for patients under specialities Orthopaedics, Plastics and Medical. We work in an area that has a mixed socioeconomic and culturally diverse population and we are exposed to a broad range of clinical presentations.
