This site is a combined production and distribution facility producing well-known brands such as Pura, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Feel Good; and distributes predominantly SA and NT, but also NSW and VIC.Reporting to the DC and Depot Leader, you will lead the DC team at the Salisbury site to achieve set targets and, ensure that the required systems are in place to achieve the Safety, Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental targets and meet customer and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesCoach and develop team members to achieve targets and drive improvements across the siteActively seek Continuous Improvement opportunities and gain input and buy-in from the team to achieve great outcomesEnsure the department''s processes and procedures meet safety, quality, and environmental requirements for equipment, materials, processes, methods, and peopleUtilise problem-solving practices to identify the root cause and create action plans to resolve issuesMaintain strong relationships and communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholdersAbout youExperience working in a manufacturing/warehousing environmentSound knowledge of process improvement and problem-solving techniquesStrong leadership and people management backgroundGood communication skills and the ability to influence the team members /stakeholdersChange management / Project management skills (Desired)Bega Group StoryBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
