You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.As a Client Services Coordinator, you''ll manage calendars, meetings, travel and communications to enable senior leaders to work efficiently and stay aligned with key priorities. You''ll be central to maintaining smooth operations and strong connections across teams and stakeholders.This is a fast-paced, dynamic role best suited to someone with strong administrative skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while staying calm and professional.This will be a full-time, 8 month secondment position based in our Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate calendars, travel, and daily priorities for senior leaders to support smooth operationsPlan and manage meetings from end to end, including agendas, minutes, logistics, and action trackingDraft and format high-quality reports, presentations, and communications in line with branding standardsManage central inboxes, phone enquiries, and filing systems to keep information organised and accessibleSupport key business processes including employer transfers, tender preparation, and data maintenanceAssist with internal events, employee engagement activities, and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsABOUT YOUProven experience in administration, executive support, or customer serviceStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines independentlyClear, professional communication skills both written and verbalComfortable with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration toolsPositive, professional, and a team player who adapts well to changeWHAT WE OFFERWe stand together as equals.
