What You''ll Do: Reporting to the Region Animal Production Manager, you will be responsible for driving opportunities for sales growth within our Animal Health product category both on farm and in store throughout the West Australian region. In addition, you will be responsible for:Providing technical advice and services on farm to livestock clients to support and grow their businessesProactively maintaining and developing effective relationships with key livestock customers for the focus branchesAssisting in the development and implementation of animal production plans for customers to increase productivity and profitabilityProviding support and training to focus branch staff on animal health, management, and nutritional productsMaintaining effective relationships with various internal stakeholders to pre-empt demand for products and sales opportunitiesPromoting and representing Nutrien at relevant industry meetings and eventsProviding appropriate animal health, management and nutritional assistance and support to WA branches and networksAssisting in the planning and budgeting process of key animal health and nutritional productsProviding market intelligence on livestock industry trends, best practice management livestock activities, competitor activities and strategies What You''ll Bring: To be successful you must possess strong experience within a customer-facing sales role ideally gained within rural supplies and the agricultural industry. In addition, you will:Have a tertiary qualification in a related fieldPrevious demonstrated experience in a similar roleProduct knowledge within animal health, nutrition and productionStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholdersStrong knowledge of sales process and retail best practice methodologiesAbility to travel to regional and rural locationsAre you a good match?
