The RoleWe are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of dutiesvital to the efficient operations of our service.In particular, you will be managing enrolments, family account''s and the centre''s waiting list using the softwareXAP, responding to email and phone queries'' and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for familiesThis is a Full-time Permanent Role starting 2026The Service:This state of the art KU service is in The Exchange building on Little Pier Street inHaymarketand is open Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm. The service is very accessible by multiple modes of public transport, it is a 1015 minute walk from either Town Hallor Central station or a 4 minute walk from Paddy''s Markets Light Rail stop.This stunning KU service is fully air-conditioned and operates across two levels.
