You''ll be the go-to support for our driver workforce, ensuring rosters are met, performance is supported, and operational targets are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing daily driver attendance and ensure coverage aligns with roster requirementsProviding clear and effective instructions to drivers to support operational outcomesAccurately completing timesheets and maintaining payroll data each dayMonitoring driver performance and provide coaching, feedback, and referrals for training or support as neededManage uniform orders and other administrative tasks to support team needsAbout YouYou will bring a strong mix of leadership capability, organisation, and communication skills.
