Job Description We are looking forAHPRA Registered Psychologists or Accredited Mental Health Social Workerwho can deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in a wide range of services includingWorkers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Medicare clients.This is a part-time (1 to 4 days),must be able to see clients face to face but can be a hybrid telehealth/face-to-face role.As a clinician working with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the challenges of work-related injuries, stress, pain management and other occupational issues. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients. In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case mangers and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards. Qualifications Joining our team of mental health professionals is straightforward. But first, you need to meet a few mandatory requirements:PsychologistRegistered AHPRA or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW);Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation and Worksafe VIC;You have permanent residency in Australia;You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;You want to part of a dynamic, social and hard-working team.Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
