This role involves conducting mobile patrols, responding to alarms, and ensuring the safety and security of client sites across assigned areas.These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols of client premisesRespond promptly to alarm activations and incidentsLock and unlock premises as requiredIdentify and report security risks, hazards, and suspicious activityComplete accurate incident and patrol reportsLiaise with control room, emergency services, and clients when requiredMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer serviceOperate company vehicle and security equipment safelyREQUIREMENTS:Current Security Licence (unarmed) mandatoryFirst Aid and CPR certificationWork with children checkValid Driver''s Licence with a clean driving recordAbility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidaysStrong observation, communication, and reporting skillsPhysically fit and capable of working independentlyAbility to handle stressful situations calmly and professionallyPolice check (or willingness to obtain one)DESIRABLE (but not essential)Previous mobile patrol or security experienceKnowledge of alarm response procedures and reporting systemsWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
