With expertise spanning energy, carbon, water, health, climate resilience, circularity and nature positive design, we integrate innovative strategies into design to deliver measurable environmental and social outcomes.If you are seeking career challenges, a chance to use and further develop your analytical skills in a creative environment, and the ability to make a genuine difference, we want to hear from youThe RoleAs a Sustainability Consultant, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate sustainable design principles into building, precinct and infrastructure projects.This is a full-time role based in our Sydney office, working with our team of environmental designers across Australia as well as teams in our offices in Asia Pacific, UK, USA, and elsewhere.We are looking for someone with Australian consulting experience in sustainability, including experience in environmental modelling and the application of green building rating and certification tools.Who are we looking for?You have a strong understanding of sustainable buildings, places and infrastructure with a keen interest in the application of analytical tools to drive design. You approach the practice of sustainable design with an interdisciplinary and whole-of-system perspective. You are highly collaborative in project team environments and are skilled at communicating complex ideas and making them accessible for others.You are proactive, self-motivated, a team player, and comfortable taking ownership of your work. You get excited about learning new things and enjoy sharing your skills and knowledge across the company. You are dedicated to professional service and are keen to develop new skills and services that contribute to design excellence. You generate enthusiasm for project sustainability ambitions with clients and the project design team.
