This role involves generating accurate and timely financial reports, highlighting performance issues, drawing insights, and providing forward-looking analysis to support strategic decision-making. The FP&A Senior Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization by delivering comprehensive financial insights and recommendations.Responsibilities Lead the FP&A process to monitor, measure and analyse actual business performance in ANZ. Drive the monthly period close and profit meeting process. Generate accurate and timely reporting to highlight performance issues, cause of changes, and draw insights into important trends. Assist FP&A Senior Manager to implement and drive the customer centric operating rhythm within the FP&A function and engage with broader business. Partner with Commercial Finance/Operations Finance team and broader business in the monthly forecasting and AOP process for Plan/Forecast input and assumptions validation. Responsible for total ANZ FP&A submission integrity to ensure coherence, accuracy and integrity of reports for total ANZ. Manage monthly forecast roll-up, review and reporting process. Manage system upload and drive planning efficiency in the process. Understand and perform sensitivity & cause of change analysis on Actual/Forecast/Plan. Manage Risks & Opportunities tracker that will enable the business to mitigate Risk and drive Opportunities. Manage OCF performance analysis and quarterly forecast process under AI process, with appropriate buy-in across the respective stakeholders on targets and projection. Key interface with APAC Sector Planning team in regards to ANZ results, forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) submissions. Key point of contact for regular ad hoc queries Continue to drive simplification and streamline process in the FP&A function.
