You''ll be central to resolving discrepancies, managing high-volume transactions and supporting the integrity of financial processes across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess 400500 invoices per month, matching to purchase orders and investigating discrepanciesEnsure all payments are accurately coded, authorised and supported with correct documentationProcess EFT, BPAY and foreign currency payments according to due datesManage the Accounts Payable inbox and incoming mail on a rostered basisAssist with month-end processes, ensuring timely closure and rollover of Accounts PayableAction new supplier setups, reviewing supplier terms prior to creationReconcile supplier statements monthly and resolve outstanding issuesMaintain an organised filing system for Accounts Payable documentationRespond to internal and external queries professionally and promptlyFollow internal policies, procedures and best practices for AP functionsSupport general administrative tasks as requiredWhat we''re looking forYou''re a meticulous, organised and proactive Accounts Payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
