This role offers attractive remuneration package, combined with genuine professional fulfilment and an outstanding lifestyle in a unique remote community.The Role:You will work within a Rural Generalist model, primarily practising in your area of advanced skills (Obstetrics), with the flexibility to contribute across emergency, inpatient care, and special clinics as required.Appointments will be made at Rural Generalist Level 1 to Senior Rural Generalist Level 3, depending on experience.Remuneration & Incentives:Total remuneration package: $366,402 $447,470 per annum, including:Base salary: $207,165 $234,964Practitioner Allowance: 30% of base salaryProfessional Development Allowance: $22,251 per annumRevenue Activity Incentives: up to $85,000 per annumAttraction & Retention BonusesRemote retention paymentsMaximum GPRIP payments (MMM7 classification)Superannuation and leave loading includedThe Hospital:Hospital is a 30-bed regional hospital providing a comprehensive range of services, including:Acute medical, surgical, paediatric, maternity, and respite careEmergency Department and Operating TheatreSpecialist outpatient clinicsThe maternity unit delivers collaborative antenatal and birthing care, supported by telehealth partnerships with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs).
