Each year the company presents upwards of 220 performances through its main stage seasons in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth; along with public programs, special events, an extensive regional tour, a Children''s Ballet and Education programs and regular overseas tours.Role Highlights:Part-time role (0.6 FTE)Work in a creative, collaborative and high performing teamDeliver dynamic digital and CRM marketing campaignsWe''re looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Marketing Executive - Digital & CRM to help deliver high-impact campaigns for The Australian Ballet''s mainstage seasons and programs. You''ll bring strong communication skills to help engage existing audiences, attract new ones, and elevate our brand. You''ll play a hands-on role in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns with a focus on digital and email marketing while also supporting key partnerships, stakeholder relationships, and other marketing priorities across the company. If you''re an organised, collaborative marketer with excellent writing skills, a passion for digital and CRM, and an eye for detail this is your chance to work with a passionate and supportive team at one of Australia''s most iconic arts organisations.What you''ll be doing:Build, write and deliver compelling eDM campaigns in support of business goalsAssist with website & digital content updatesMonitor and report on email performanceCollaborate closely with the wider marketing team and external agencies to deliver effective campaigns. What experience you''ll need:Excellent understanding of the digital eco-system, including email platforms and broader online presenceExperience in working in sales-oriented environment Strong copy writing and editing skills.
