The RoleAs a Technician you will be responsible for the diagnoses, servicing and repair of vehicles. You will carry out this responsibility and accomplish targets through proper utilisation of technical skills.The Technician will;Conduct a complete range of motor vehicle diagnoses and fault finding in accordance with the Australian Industry Standards and PracticeIdentify mechanical issues, and understands the repair method to conduct and resolve the issueComplete general servicing and maintenance tasks.Apply knowledge and skills to make repairs and undertake services to benchmark industry standards and to company expectations on quality and cost-effectivenessMaintain workshop tools and equipment, including hoists and wheel-balancing equipmentRead and interpret fault reports, maintenance and inspections formsFill out and maintain job cards as suppliedAssist new and existing apprentices help further their skills and knowledge and provide supervisionRegularly complete training to further develop professional knowledge and skillsAdhere to all Workplace Health and Safety obligations in accordance with the lawsRoad test vehicles to identify performance related concerns as well as verifying repairsJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 $80,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Calga NSW 2250: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Automotive: 1 year (Required)Licence/Certification:Driver Licence (Required)Work Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person
