You will manage a broad range of administrative services, provide guidance to staff, and support the delivery of key operational activities.Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals and support colleagues in delivering high-quality outcomes .Your key responsibilities will be to:deliver high quality administrative and operational support, resolving complex issues as neededmanage diaries, events, travel and accommodationmaintain accurate data, support compliance reporting and oversee purchasingcoordinate meetings, seminars and workshops including agendas and minutes and booking catering and IT supportlead stakeholder communication, support planning and promote health and safety while undertaking additional duties as requiredMarketing activities; supports the upkeep of centre''s website and social media platformsundertakes other duties and projects within the classification level as required.About youa relevant bachelor''s degree or equivalent training and experience24 years of administrative experience in a complex environmentstrong organisational and time-management skillshigh-level computer literacy, including microsoft officeexperience managing expenditure and financial processesexcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skillsthe ability to work independently, solve problems and anticipate needsa commitment to integrity, compliance and service excellenceSponsorship / work rights for AustraliaYou must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply.
