Please submit your application today and take the first step towards joining our dynamic and innovative team.A role you will loveComputershare Utility Services is a division within Computershare providing end to end managed services, consulting and solutions to Utility clients.The Senior Business Analyst Role will operate within the Project Management Office team and deliver Process, organisational and system change, consulting and continuous improvement solutions across multiple external and internal clients.The Senior Business Analyst Role is also required to work collaboratively across teams within Computershare Utility Services leading the requirements and supporting solution design for project, change management and consulting related activity.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Plan and monitor the appropriate business analysis approach, requirements approval process and risksConduct stakeholder analysis to effectively obtain and capture requirementsCommunicate requirements effectively with stakeholders to ensure common understandingIdentify and communicate risks and issues that may impact plans and/or scopeEnsure requirements fulfil project goals, objectives and stakeholder''s needsAssess and validate solution proposalsProvide input into test planning and execution and work collaboratively to assist with implementationManage business analysis performance by upholding Computershare''s methodologies, BA practices, SDLC, and compliance requirementsAdapt approach to respond to changing organisational prioritiesParticipate in solution design with Technical ArchitectsMentor and guide other less senior business analystsWhat will you bring to the role?Minimum of 4 years'' experience as a business analystExperience with utilities business processes, business rules and market transactionsStrong knowledge of the Customer Service and Customer Operations utilities functions with a strong understanding of customer life cyclesKnowledge and understanding in developing and maintaining client and stakeholder relationshipsFamiliarity with collaborative tools such as Trello, teams, Jira to manage and prioritise workFamiliarity with Agile ways of workingOutcome focussed with attention to detailStrong stakeholder management skills, particularly when expectations need to be managed due to change in circumstancesDesired experience:Strong knowledge of Utility services products including billing applications, 3rd party vendor products and internal applicationsKnowledge and experience in the Australian utility retail industry in water, gas or electricityKnowledge of Agile methodology for business analysts(Shortlisted candidates will be contacted in the week of 5 th of January for an interview)Rewards designed for youFlexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle.Health and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family.Invest in our business by setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company, and you''ll receive a company contribution as well.Extra rewards ranging from recognition awards and team get togethers to helping you invest in your future.And more.
