With a number of upcoming projects for completion, we''re seeking a People and Culture Advisor to join the team on a 12 month basis, supporting both the Organisation Culture Specialist and the People and Culture Manager.Your role as People and Culture Advisor will see you assisting the Organisation Culture Specialist with PSC''s internal Career Development program and providing advice on career planning and personal development. Outside of these tasks, you will assist the People and Culture Manager with a variety of P&C initiatives and projects, advising on policies and procedures, effective reporting, research and data analysis.This role is a maximum term contract for a period of up to 12 months, working 21 hours / week -hours can be completed over 3, 4, or 5 days each week.
