Always.We are St Vincent''s Health Australia, Australia''s largest not-for-profit provider of health and aged care services.Founded by The Sisters of Charity in 1857, our +30,000 healthcare superheroes operate public and private hospitals, residential aged care, community and virtual care, and outreach programs.ABOUT YOUR ROLE:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced housekeeping cleaner to join our Environmental Services department at the Darlinghurst Campus consisting of Private & Public Hospital, The Sacred Heart Sanatorium and The St Vincent''s Clinic & Precinct Partners.This role will be casual with a rotational roster over 7 days a week AND you must be available between the hours of 07:30 and 16:30 for morning shifts, and 17:00 and 23:30 evening shifts. Please inform us of your preference within your application.This rewarding opportunity will be pivotal in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Therefore, right candidate will be cross trained in Hospital cleaning and Infection Prevention and Control procedure to ensure rooms, public areas and clinical areas are cleaned thoroughly and of a high standards at all times.ABOUT YOU:As an outstanding Housekeeping cleaner, you are a master at providing cleaning services with extremely attention to detail.Your skills will include:Experience in housekeeping operations in either a hospital or hotel environment.Proven ability to work effectively in a team structure or unsupervised.Be reliable, punctual, hardworking and well groomed.Strong relationship and interpersonal skills.Excellent planning and time management skills.Ability to work a rotational roster with 7 day availability including weekdays, weekend and public holidays, morning and afternoon shifts if required.Ability to operate polishers and scrubbers beneficial, however not essential.Why work at St Vincent''s?Join us on our mission to provide care to all, including the most at-risk people in our communityDiscounted access to many gyms for you and your family with Fitness PassportAccess to discounted private health insurance with MedibankAccess to a government salary sacrifice program.
