You''ll work hands-on with our customers, delivering exceptional service and solutions that make a real impact.You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of customer equipment and systems, including hardware, software, and operating systems. Your duties will include:Installing and maintaining QCS/DCS systems and profiling hardware/software.Implementing solutions and analysing reliability data to identify trends and resolve issues in customer environments.Providing technical support for Valmet Analysers and Consistency TransmittersProviding training to internal teams and customer personnel on QCS/DCS systems.Delivering after-hours on-call support for customer sites as part of a roster.Developing preventive and corrective maintenance standards and supporting mill maintenance activities.Monitoring system performance, identifying root causes, and making appropriate repairs or escalating when required.Ensuring compliance with Valmet''s installation and service standards, maintaining tools and calibration equipment, and completing accurate job reports.Collaborating on ad-hoc projects, documenting critical success factors, and exceeding customer service level commitments.What we''re looking forWe''re seeking a self-starter who is open, professional, and approachable.
