A key focus of this role is to proactively partner with Fleet customers to develop uptime strategies, working in close partnership with Vehicle SalesKey Accounts Managers (KAMs) and the broader team to maximise fleet productivity. By engaging Ford and dealer stakeholders, you will champion customer satisfaction and ensure a best-in-class parts and service experience.This position reports directly to the Fleet Strategy and Sales Manager and is based at our National Sales Company Office in Richmond, operating on a hybrid schedule with four days in the office.Please note that remote and interstate travel are required for this role and will constitute approximately 25% of the role''s duties.
