We are a leading Australian Independent and family-owned distillery producing our range of award-winning Brookie''s Gin products and Cape Byron Whisky.This is a special role for someone who shares our values, our passions, loves our products, knows their way around cocktails and wants to be a part of a growing team. We have a passion for excellence, sustainability, and giving back to our community.Cellar Door DutiesHosting Tours and telling the Cape Byron Distillery story, and educating guests about the art of distillation and Australian native botanicals used in our ginPreparing and serving mixed drinks and cocktailsOpening and closing of the cellar doorComplying with liquor license regulations and RSA legislationManage stock, day to day transactions and float counts accuratelyOur new team member will:Hold a current NSW RSAHave weekend availabilityHave strong communication and public speaking skillsHave knowledge about distilled spirits, including gin and single malt whiskyBe an Australian citizen or have a valid working visaHave a driver''s licenseExtra bonuses are:First Aid Certificate & strong cocktail knowledge are highly desiredPassion for environmental protection and sustainabilitySound like the perfect job?
