Referred to internally as a Transport Support Officer, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Minto warehouse in coordination with the Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives. You are a curious and resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers, analysing large data sets and resolving inventory investigations. Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:Organising & writing consignment notesArranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivalsRecording and reconciling pallet transactionsInventory management and resolving any stock variances or quality problemsTracking and uploading proof of deliveries Releasing forward ordersCompiling delivery run sheets and store reportsLaminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP''s)Responding to sales/marketing queries and requestsGeneral Administrative duties and customer serviceAssisting Sales representatives and other staff with queriesEnsure all staff and site visitors adhere to Redox''s policies, procedures, and site-specific conditions of WH&S in compliance with state and federal legislation.About you1 year experience in a similar roleExceptional verbal and written communication skillsCustomer centric with high attention to detailAbility to liaiseand collaborate with various internal and external stakeholdersDangerous Goods experience an advantage.Reliable with exceptional time management skills Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office Suite.
