Primary focus will be delivering an exceptional customer experience focus to ageing people, driving excellence in nutrition, dining and living environment.Responsible for co-ordinating and developing effective and efficient hospitality and care services teams to improve Nutrition and dining, food and beverage operations. Daily living development opportunities for Housekeeping and environmental strategies.To excel in this role, you''ll utilise your hospitality management experience to change the face of the aged care industry in our Better Blue care program for a Household model. Ability to develop and collaborate with other Blue Care Regional managers to implement exciting corporate innovations strategies.What you''ll need:As an experienced hospitality professional - preferably within the health or hotel experience you''ll be self-motivated, enthusiastic, with great leadership skills. You''ll empower your team to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst educating and emphasising the importance of food safety standards and quality in everything they do.
