Toby''s is a professional dog grooming salon located at 1 Jewel Way in Banksia Grove. We commenced trading in October 2023 and are one of the highest 5-star rated dog grooming salons on Google in Perth.We are looking for another groomer/stylist to join our team.Currently the team consists of a full-time salon manager and three experienced dog groomers who are employed on a part-time basis, working 4-5 days per week each. Our opening hours are 9am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday with a goal to begin trading on Mondays in early 2026.Depending on the candidate, this role could be filled on a part-time, casual, or sub-contractor basis with the ability to work up to 4 days per week. To be the ideal candidate, you must have at least 1-2 years of dog grooming experience. If you don''t have this level of experience, we may be willing to bring on the right candidate on a trainee basis. All groomers are expected to work at least one Saturday every fortnight.Your responsibilities will include a range of grooming services, from de-matting and detangling hair, to bathing, conditioning, and drying pets. You will also be responsible for trimming nails, brushing teeth, cleaning ears, and grooming and styling pets to specific breed standards or owner preferences. Our grooming tables and bath are new, and all have hydraulic lifts.Hourly rate listed in the ad is exclusive of superannuation and leave entitlements.Compensation will be subject to the employment arrangement, level of experience, and availability.
