Join Each as our Nurse Coordinator for the Victorian Seniors Lifestyle Program and play a key role in improving wellbeing among older Victorians.About the RoleAs the Nurse Coordinator, you''ll be the primary point of contact for participants, working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored action plans.
