With a focus on delivering a high-quality cafe experience, this role will be hands on.You will be part of a high-quality hospitality team working together across both front and back of house areas to deliver a memorable caf experience.What will you bring?To be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:A qualified chef with at least 5 years'' experience in high quality hospitality venuesAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholders and service peers.Strong caf experience.Drive innovation, follow and adopt culinary trends Demonstrated leadership and experience in being part of professional teamRequirement to collaborate with and manage industry third party providers to deliver outcomes Strong financial knowledge to run a cost-effective outletExperience in contract management of hospitality service partnersExceptional team leading qualities and experienceFood Safety Supervisor Reporting directly to Catering Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day production and presentation of food in the cafe. Your key responsibilities will include:Establishing and sustaining productive relationships with key client contactsDay to day production and oversight of allfood produced and served.
