Key responsibilities will be: Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projectsProvide engineering and technical support across site and project teamsAssist with program, cost, quality, and safety managementCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholdersEnsure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and company systemsAbout you Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essentialMinimum 3 years'' experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regardedStrong skills in managing client relationships.Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.Exceptional people management abilities.About UsShadforth Civil is one of Queensland''s largest family-owned civil construction companies, originating on the Sunshine Coast over 60 years ago.
