As we prepare to open our doors, we''re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista / Assistant Manager to join our small, close-knit team and help shape the culture and success of our bakery from day one.The RoleAs Head Barista / Assistant Manager, you''ll be responsible for the daily front-of-house operations - ensuring smooth service, excellent coffee, and a welcoming environment for our guests.
