(pro-rata) + Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice BenefitsTemporary, Part-Time Role - 0.6FTE until August 2026About the roleAs the Senior Pharmacist Team Leader - Cancer, you will provide inspiring leadership across the Cancer pharmacy team You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, safe and patient-centred pharmacy service within the Cancer Program across inpatient and outpatient settings. This role plays a key part in embedding Medication Management directives, policies, procedures and guidelines into everyday practice, while acting as a trusted point of contact for clinicians and service units regarding pharmacy services and advice.Working collaboratively with other Team Leaders and in close partnership with the Deputy Directors of Pharmacy, you will support the delivery of safe, effective and cost-efficient drug therapy to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will lead staff training and development, including Clinical Verification of Systemic Cancer Therapies, undertake practice and performance reviews, and contribute to the development, evaluation and teaching of workplace policies and procedures. In addition, you will undertake complex clinical and operational work including verification of chemotherapy and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimise pharmacotherapy for patients undergoing cancer treatment.
