With sweeping waterfront views, a Mediterranean soul, and a deep love for shared stories and slow meals, Heirloom is where old traditions meet new memoriesopen to the public, but grounded in the lives of our residents, their families, and friends.Our menu is inspired by the warmth and generosity of the Mediterraneanthink simple, seasonal ingredients, generous pours of olive oil, and dishes made to linger over. If you can make a proper barista coffee, pour a perfect glass of wine, and hold a conversation that makes someone''s dayyou''re our kind of person.Food & Beverage Attendants with a calm, confident presence and a genuine love for hospitality. You''ll help set the tone for warm, attentive service, keeping things running smoothly while making our guests feel truly looked after.Kitchen Hands who are quick on their feet, calm under pressure, and take pride in the little thingslike a spotless bench, a well-stocked fridge, or the perfect prep on fresh produce. You''ll be an essential part of a kitchen that runs on rhythm and respect.If you''ve got a strong work ethic, a soft spot for the seaside, and a natural warmth in the way you connect with othersespecially those a little older and wiserwe''d love to hear from you.What you''ll bringEmpathy to interact respectfully with elderly residents, attention to detail to follow dietary requirements, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
