If you can do that; this opportunity is limitless Job Description We''re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. In this role, you''ll lead and inspire our F&B team to deliver outstanding service and unforgettable moments for our guests.What is the role all about:Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standardsLead, motivate, and develop a team of F&B staff to achieve operational excellenceCoordinate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistencyManage inventory, place orders, and control costs while maintaining product qualityEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesHandle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionallyAssist in creating and implementing innovative F&B promotions and eventsMonitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementConduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledgeMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for staff and guests QualificationsProven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar leadership roleStrong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate team membersExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and knowledge of food safety regulationsProficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systemsFlexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekendsPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a positive, customer-first mindset Additional Information At Accor, we believe HOSPITALITY IS A WORK OF HEARTBy joining Accor, every chapter of your story is yours to write and together we can imagine tomorrow''s hospitality.
