Position Title: Sales Consultant.Employment Type:Full time (38 hour weeks).Starting $34 per hour.8 hours per day in shop.Monday to Friday. Pay:$1,200$1,500 per week depending on experience.No formal commission structure.Strong performance, consistency, and record-breaking months are financially rewarded. What you''ll be doing:Handling walk-in customers.Inbound and outbound phone calls.Following up online quotes and enquiries.Customer service and satisfaction follow-up calls.Light upselling for mobile services only (not in-shop work).Identifying extra services customers may need (sand removal, stains, headlights, etc.)Maintaining strong customer relationships from first contact to post-service follow-up.Most in-person upselling is handled by the lead technician. Your focus is phones, enquiries, follow-ups, and closing. What we''re looking for:Confident speaking with people in person and on the phone.Well presented and professional.Calm under pressure and able to handle customer objections or complaints.Strong work ethic and self-motivation.Comfortable working independently without constant supervision.Able to stay focused and not distracted by your phone.Hungry to close deals even without commission being the main motivator. Sales experience is important.A basic understanding of cars or detailing is a bonus, not required. Training & support:In-person training provided.Side-by-side calling at the start.Clear written SOPs and systems already in place.Everything needed to succeed is laid out clearly.
