Our Assistance Centre provides 24/7 international health and security assistance to members travelling or living overseas. Staffed by a network of medical, security, aviation, and logistics specialists, we prepare customers before departure, assist them while abroad, and provide assistance whenever they have a question or concern.Work up to 7 shifts/fortnight on a 7-day rotating roster between 7am-10pmExtensive structured training and induction providedJoin an international and inclusive organisationDeliver comprehensive telephonic clinical advice to our global clients, including coordination of medical evacuations, all from an office-based setting The RoleProvide telephone medical consultations to patients Provide clinical leadership and medical support during medical evacuations, retrievals and transport of patients Obtain medical reports to monitor appropriateness of the medical treatment and to assess any pre-existing issues Assisting our remote area clinics working with numerous and varied clients Liaise with medical departments of various commercial airlines for passenger clearance.
