Job Description We are seeking an experienced Operations & Training Director to report directly to the General Manager, working collaboratively with operational teams to elevate training standards and embed a world class service culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end resort operations, ensuring seamless delivery of 5-star luxury standards.Design and lead training and development programs, including onboarding (in consultation with People & Cultureteam), service excellence, leadership, and brand standards.Drive guest experience excellence through KPIs, brand audits, and online reputation metrics.Partner with the General Managerand leadership team to embed a world-class service cultureEnsure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and quality assurance programs.Champion a strong service culture focused on personalisation, emotional intelligence, and luxury behaviors.
