About the Role We''re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Junior Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales Support team. This role is critical to the smooth running of our national sales operation, ensuring appointments are coordinated efficiently and our sales teams are set up for success every day.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling priorities, and love being the go-to support person, this could be the perfect opportunity.Please note: This role is based onsite, Monday -Friday, in our vibrant Waterloo office and will commence as a casual position with full-time hours.What You''ll Be DoingManaging appointment cancellations, reschedules, and enquiries from Sales Managers, Solar Specialists, and Lead GeneratorsSpeaking directly with customers to reduce cancellations and confidently rebook face-to-face appointmentsSetting up, coordinating, and managing sales campaigns across 16+ offices nationwideLiaising with the Salesforce IT team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues raised by Solar SpecialistsAllocating and fairly dispatching appointments to Solar Specialists and Business Development Managers (BDMs)Working closely with Sales Managers and Operations to support the onboarding of new SpecialistsBuilding strong working relationships across a range of personalities, roles, and leadership stylesMaintaining daily communication with Solar Specialists and Lead Generators to manage schedules and leadsAbout YouProficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeA background in customer service, administration, or hospitalityThe ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong multitasking, time-management, and prioritisation skillsA solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detailConfidence handling change and resolving issues professionallyBonus Points Salesforce experience Scheduling experienceSales experienced preferred but not essentialWhy Join Smart Energy?
