This role will see you ensure ownership, prioritise solutions and provide coaching and technical support to the wider team.Your Responsibilities Daily reporting, reconciliations & checklist completionExecuting cash payments and receipts across AUD and multi-currenciesManaging cash and liquidity relating to client trading activityCoordinate wholesale funding of our lending products with external vendorsManage and coordinate interest ratesManage all operational cash & asset reconciliations ensuring ownership and resolution is prioritised and support providing regular risk reportingMaintaining segregated reconciliations control framework including timely escalation Process monthly fees for assets under managementLiaison with custodians and business partnersActively manage team risk profile by reviewing and enhancing controls, coaching team members on their understanding and purpose of controls and incident reductionEnsure the team complies with IDPS and GS007 audit control standardsDrive procedure updates and reviewEnsure adherence to Corporate Risk Policy, Standard OperatingProcedures, relevant legislation, and regulatory requirementsAbout YouDegree qualified in Finance, Business or CommerceMinimum 7 years'' experience in Operations within Financial Services Prior experience in reconciliations and cash managementA good understanding and knowledge of Australian & International Financial Markets, Managed Funds, Listed/Unlisted Assets and Custodial StructuresLGT Wealth Management is committed to the ongoing development of their employees.
