This is a detail-focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders to deliver against critical milestones.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Specifically, you will:Coordinate logistics activities for assigned project cargo, including OOG and heavy-lift movementsSupport planning and execution across air, sea, road and rail transport modesPrepare and manage export and import documentation in line with customs and trade requirementsMaintain accurate project files, milestones and records within CEVA''s freight management systemsMonitor shipment progress, proactively managing delays and resolving issuesProvide regular status updates to internal teams and customersSupport costing and logistics planning activities during bid and proposal stagesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with carriers, vendors and service partnersCollaborate with engineering, procurement and HSE teams to align logistics with site readinessEnsure compliance with CEVA standards, ISO requirements and regulatory obligations.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
