This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, driving outcomes across business units and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.You''ll be responsible for:Leading vendor tool/app implementations simultaneously with minimal supervision. Delivering enterprise-wide projects with significant stakeholder engagement. Managing business analyst teams to redesign business processes. Working with the Technology PM and teams to support technical and business processes alignment. Overseeing project scope, governance, and risk & issue management. Operating in Agile or Waterfall environments, depending on project needs. Engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels. Mentoring team members and driving key decisions to ensure successful outcomes.This is not a technical PM role we''re looking for someone who brings business delivery experience.What do I need?To succeed in this role, you''ll bring:5+ years of experience in end-to-end business project management, delivering projects valued up to $20 million per year. Proven experience managing projects to configure and implement enterprise -wide user-facing vendor platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Planview, ServiceNow), and to align or reengineering business processes. Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2. Strong understanding of Transformation Delivery Standards (TDS) and Frameworks. Excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.
