As our HR Business Partner, you''ll be at the heart of our Brisbane and Sydney teams, shaping the employee experience and driving strategic HR initiatives that truly make a difference.Based in Brisbane with regular travel to Sydney, you''ll work closely with leaders and teams to deliver practical, people-focused solutions that enhance engagement, performance, and workplace culture. Reporting to the HR Director Australia & New Zealand, you''ll play a pivotal role in building an environment where our people can thrive, innovate, and grow.In this role, you won''t just be managing HR - you''ll be influencing the way MCC works, helping our teams reach their potential, and contributing to the success of Australia''s leading label manufacturer.Duties includePartner with leaders to shape workforce planning, drive talent development, and lead change initiatives that make a real impact.Provide practical HR guidance that empowers managers and supports teams to perform at their best.Lead onboarding programs that set new employees up for success and create a standout experience from day one.Champion employee engagement and strengthen communication across Brisbane and Sydney to build a connected, motivated workforce.Embed MCC''s values and culture through coaching, consistent policies, and initiatives that inspire leadership and accountability.Drive process improvements that make HR more efficient, effective, and impactful across both sites.Support recruitment and talent strategies, helping attract, retain, and grow top talent.Contribute to strategic HR projects locally and regionally, influencing the future of our people and organisation.About youStrong generalist HR background, with sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.Willingness to travel regularly between Brisbane and Sydney to provide on-site HR support.Proven ability to build strong partnerships with leaders and stakeholders.Expertise in organisational development, employee engagement, and cultural transformation.Solid experience in industrial relations and change management.Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands effectively.Experience with HRIS systems (Ceridian Dayforce advantageous).Enjoys being on site and part of the daily team energy.Eligible to work in Australia.The benefitsCompetitive remuneration.Local & global career opportunities to development & build your brilliant career.Private health insurance discount.To help employees thrive at home & at work, we offer an Employee Assistance Program.Regular social events encouraging a fun & friendly environment.Friendly, supportive & inclusive environment.Part of an organisation that strongly believes in sustainability goals to make a difference to our planet.Apply now Are you Interested or know someone who could be?
