Full-Time Permanent Roles (38 hours/week) $36.07/h and 4 weeks paid leave 17.5% leave loading on holidays Monday to Friday Day Shift 6:00am to 2:30pm Opportunities for OT on Saturdays (not mandatory) Easily accessible from Minto station + parking available onsite RDO''s available throughout the year or paid out at the end of the year Ongoing training, a supportive culture and recognition of performance Great team environment with daily toolboxes and regular BBQs Uniform, hearing protection and safety glasses providedAbout the roleReporting to the Production Supervisor, the key focus of our Assemblers is to safely assemble steel wall frames, roof trusses and joists according to drafting plans. More specifically, you will: Build and assemble using power hand tools safely to a high quality and standard Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans Manual handling, including 2-person lifts and general stacking Work collaboratively with a team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks Maintain a clean and organised work environmentAbout youYou will share a passion to achieve our goals and be aligned to our core values; Better Together, Be Accountable, People Matter and Think Bigger.
