Job Description As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Bilue, you''ll help shape high-quality digital solutions for some of Australia''s most recognisable brands. You''ll work in a high-performing, agile environment where strong engineering judgment, collaboration and quality are non-negotiable.You''ll be hands-on across the full stack, working with React and C# (.NET) to solve complex problems and deliver well-considered, scalable products. Beyond writing great code, you''ll contribute to technical direction, support others to raise the bar, and help teams deliver work we''re proud to put into the world.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and maintain high-quality full stack applications using React and C# (.NET)Contribute to solution design and technical decision-making, balancing delivery with long-term maintainabilityBuild and integrate services deployed on AWS, with an understanding of cloud-native patternsWork closely with clients and internal teams to understand problems, shape solutions and communicate progress clearlyPlay an active role in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and backlog refinementChampion engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, performance and securityReview code thoughtfully and mentor other engineers through feedback, pairing and knowledge sharingTroubleshoot, debug and optimise applications to ensure reliability, scalability and usabilityContribute to continuous improvement of processes, tooling and ways of working across teamsMaintain clear documentation to support ongoing development and smooth handover Qualifications You''re a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes for clients.
