Job Description We are currently looking for a passionate and driven individual to take on the role as a full-time receptionist (or Guest Service Agent) with theflexibility to work 5 shifts a week on a rotating roster which may include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.The responsibilities:Checking guests in and outMaintaining accurate guest accountsTaking bookings, providing helpful information & entering reservationsAnswering guests queries in a timely and efficient mannerAddressing guest requests and handling guest complaints in a positive mannerLiaise with other departments to assist guest and advise of room moves Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:Previous Front Office Reception experience preferably in a hotel or resort environmentProfessional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skillsA friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a teamPrevious experience with PMS (Property Management System) is desired but not essentialCurrent RSA or Approved Manager''s will be an advantage.Rates of Pay (base)$26.70 per hour Monday - Friday$33.38 per hour Saturdays$40.05 per hour Sundays$60.08 per hour Public HolidaysWhat we are looking forTo be successful in this role, you will have:- Flexibility to work a 7-day roster.- Attention to detail.- Good time management and multi-tasking skills.- Experience is preferred, but not essential we will provide supportive training.- Australian work rights are required for this position.
