The RoleYour Opportunity - ELECTRICIAN MAINTENANCE - $52.00ph base afternoon shift rate plus 15% shift loading In a nutshell, the purpose of this casual role is to ensure Sort Systems and related depot equipment is fully maintained and functioning to full capacity at all times. Functions performed by a Maintenance Electrician at this site include: Execution of all planned maintenance activities including preventative, predictive, corrective and project engineeringRapid correction of faults should unforeseen breakdowns occurAssist in the design of innovative system and facility solutions to meet evolving operational and business needsEnsure rapid repair of critical system componentsEnsuring maintenance schedules are adhered to effectivelyEarly identification of electrical or mechanical faults related to manufacturing plantExecute maintenance to the prevailing practices and proceduresSupport operational personnel in the correct usage of systems and equipmentEnsure critical spare parts are maintained in a neat and orderly mannerEnsure tools and equipment are used correctly and maintained in a safe working orderShift Time: Afternoon Shift - 3:06pm-11:06pm In addition to the great team culture, these great roles offer: Work life balance roster of Monday to Friday with voluntary weekend workAbove Award rates - $52.00ph base afternoon shift rate plus 15% shift loadingAll non-standard hours paid as overtimeUniforms supplied by TOLLCasual role with the option of permanency for the right candidateWhat you''ll bring to this role To be successful in this role, you could have the following experience: Trade Qualification as an ''A'' Grade electrician (Australian Trade Recognised)Proven experience in a similar electrical maintenance roleProficient in reading complex industrial wiring diagramsExperience in working with 3 Phase Motors, variable speed drives, and pneumaticsExperience with Switch Control GearAbility to participate in continuous improvement initiativesAvailable to work Monday to FridayAbility to work unsupervisedDemonstrated ability working within a fast-paced environmentDriver''s licenceAbout Toll People Toll People are Australia''s most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
