These initiatives are focused on efficient, high-quality, and human-centered service experiences and care.We''re especially keen to hear from candidates with a clinical background or experience in the health industryyour insight into service delivery and patient care will be invaluable as we refine processes that directly impact frontline teams.In this pivotal role, you''ll:Support operational teams across Amplar Health with process design, training, and change managementCoordinate and contribute to the rollout of new services, systems, and technical solutions-including CRM and telephony platformsInvestigate inefficiencies and redesign workflows that directly impact clinicians and patient outcomesLead and support continuous improvement initiatives, from escalation pathways to consent processesCollaborate across clinical, commercial, and tech teams to embed scalable, fit-for-purpose solutionsUse tools like Jira, Planner, and Miro to manage projects and track progressTranslate complex business needs into clear, actionable processes and training resourcesArticulate the value of operational solutions and support recommendations for investmentWhat You''ll Bring:Experience in project coordination, training development, and operational supportStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, OneNote)Ability to learn systems quickly and connect them to business processesAdaptability, curiosity, and a proactive mindsetExperience in process mapping, change management, and adult learning design (desirable)Clinical or health industry experience strongly preferredThis is a remote role with weekly team-based collaboration.
