We act for humanity.About the roleImmediate Housing Response (IHR) provides short-term emergency accommodation and support to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, often involving financial assistance for tenancy start-up and sustainment costs. This program aims to help people transition from crisis to stable, long-term housing solutions.In this position you will provide individualised support to clients to identify strengths and needs and assist in setting and attaining identified goals. You will conduct holistic assessments and collaborate with other agencies and organisations to source appropriate support for clients.
