About the opportunityMercy Mental Health and Wellbeing Services (MMH&WS) is seeking applications from passionate and committed colleagues for the role of Roster Liaison and ANUM Support.This service-wide role will provide essential roster and staffing support across our Mental Health and Wellbeing Services, with a particular focus on acute teams.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to workforce stability and staff wellbeing while developing your leadership and workforce planning experience.Lead best practice rostering guidelinesDevelop support for managers and clinicians by a guideline, audits and reportsBe part of a multi-disciplinary team leading recruitment, onboarding, and short-term workforce planning.What you''ll bringYou''re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
