Since then, we''ve branched out to cover three tiers of services including Workplace Services, People and Employee Services, and Disability Services - still driven by a single goal: to elevate the wellbeing of people, workplaces and communities across Australia.Your work will play a critical role in identifying realistic employment options and supporting positive vocational outcomes for our clients.RequirementsKey responsibilities include:Reviewing referral information to understand individual client requirements prior to commencing labour market researchResearching job advertisement websites to identify suitable vacancies aligned with client capacity, skills and locationConducting cold calls with advertising employers to gather relevant labour market informationResearching the quantity and suitability of job opportunities within a client''s local labour marketAccurately documenting all employer calls using approved templates to support detailed report writingLiaising closely with referring consultants to clarify referral requirements and escalate any identified concernsSupporting the preparation of detailed Vocational and Labour Market Reports within prescribed templates (as capability develops)Your new team:You will work within a collaborative, supportive, and multi-disciplinary team where teamwork and shared success are a priority.At Altius Group, we pride ourselves on a work environment built on collaboration, development and fun.
