This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing best practice asset management strategies while managing client relationships and expectations. What''s on offerMulti Award Winning Global OrganisationExcellent salary, annual bonus and company car with fuel cardFantastic training and career development opportunities Impactful work with a global leader in environmental sustainability As Asset Manager, you will lead a team accountable for:Developing and implementing Asset Management Plans (AMPs) for the operation & maintenance of the Sydney Desalination Plant and PipelineLeading the maintenance and asset management support team with a focus on innovation and proactive cultureManaging the Maintenance Management System and ensuring asset registers are maintainedDeveloping long term asset management strategies to minimise whole of life costs while maximising plant availability and reliabilityPreparing cost effective preventative maintenance schedules aligned with best practicePlanning and delivering plant shutdowns and turnaroundsAnalysing maintenance performance against KPIs, budgets and forecastsActing as key interface with client stakeholders on strategic asset management decisionsEnsuring compliance with Safety, Environment and Quality management systems What you''ll need to be successfulTertiary qualification in engineering, asset management or equivalent workplace experienceProven leadership experience in asset management and maintenanceStrong technical knowledge of maintenance management systemsWater or wastewater treatment experience highly regarded Why Veolia?
